Motorola DROID X smartphone sports a huge touch display, 8-megapixel camera with HD video capture, HD output to TV, and 24 GB of memory out of the box. Other features include FM radio, thin body, GPS navigation with full turn-by-turn directions, EVDO Rev. A data, WiFi, 3.5mm headphone jack, and voice search.

iPhone 4 revved up to a very high-resolution display and 5-megapixel camera with LED flash and HD video capture. The new design contains otherwise-similar features, including GPS, large multi-touch display, full web browser, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and up to 32 GB of internal memory.
